About this course
Vastu Shastra Foundation Course – Harmonizing Space with Energy
The Vastu Shastra Foundation Course offers a structured introduction to the ancient Indian science of architecture and spatial harmony. Rooted in classical texts such as the Vishwakarma Prakash, Mayamata, and Manasara, this course explores how buildings, spaces, and environments can be aligned with natural forces to promote health, prosperity, and spiritual well-being.
Designed for beginners, this course provides a clear understanding of Vastu principles, including the Panchabhutas (five elements), the eight cardinal directions, the role of the magnetic field, and cosmic energies. Students will learn the ideal orientation and layout for residential and commercial structures, room placements, entrance positioning, and the significance of Brahmasthan (central space).
Key areas of study include identifying Vastu doshas (defects), understanding directional energies, and learning basic remedies that can be applied without structural changes. The course emphasizes practical, traditional methods to correct energy imbalances using colors, shapes, symbols, mirrors, plants, and simple architectural adjustments.
Special focus is placed on the relationship between human life and environment—how our living and working spaces can influence our physical health, mental peace, financial stability, and relationships. Students are also introduced to the basic concept of Astro-Vastu, linking astrology and Vastu for personalized applications.
Ideal for householders, spiritual seekers, interior designers, builders, and holistic practitioners, this foundation course serves as both a personal empowerment tool and the first step toward professional practice.
By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze basic floor plans, identify Vastu compliance, suggest simple corrections, and understand how to align space with the laws of nature. The course is enriched with real-life case studies, interactive discussions, and easy-to-follow diagrams for hands-on learning.
